Report could not be delivered
If payment is confirmed but report generation fails and the recovery retry cannot produce the online report, MacUpgradeAdvisor automatically initiates a full refund request. A refund request and a provider-confirmed refund are separate states; the final status is shown only after Waffo confirms it.
Report was delivered but appears inaccurate
Contact support within seven days of payment. Include the random report reference, not the private URL token. The report will be reviewed against the answers and evidence available at generation time. A review does not guarantee a refund, but material delivery errors will be corrected or refunded as appropriate.
PDF issues
A PDF-generation failure does not mean the report failed to deliver when the canonical online HTML report is available. PDF generation can be retried without another charge.
